The savory, tangy, sweet, smoky, and delicious taco flavor that you have learned to love. Fun fact (credit to our very own Syrian-born Ramsey Roustom) is that the al pastor cooking style was based on the shwarma style brought to Mexico City by Lebanese immigrants in the 1800's.
